home again

Well, yesterday was my last day of summer work. I moved everything out of my room at FBI and home again successfully. Now all I have to do is put everything in it's proper place. That should take a while! Last night I spent like 2 hrs. trying to get my bedroom here back into shape but there's still much to be done. Most of the problem is that now that I took everything out that I needed some of the stuff needs a new place to go. Actually some of it's just a matter of organization and since I have less closet/drawer space here I'm needing to use some bins for my winter clothes and such.

Mama went for her appointment today and the doctor says everything looks fine. Bless God!! We've been praying for her for a while just hoping she'd be okay and sure enough thus far it looks good.

I got to babysit the children this morning which went fine as I had them do some constructive things otherwise who knows what would've happened. :-) We ate a picnic lunch out on the lawn then when Mama and Papa came back everyone just played outside and kept each other busy.

Monday's the BIG day!! Yup, I'm turning 18! I don't know if I should've put an exclaimation mark there though. LOL Sometimes I wonder if that age will really be as great as it seems with becoming a legal adult and getting my licence etc. I'm just hoping for the best, I guess.

That's all for now!!

Happy birthday! I don't think much seemed very different when I turned eighteen. On the other hand, getting your license is tremendous fun (driving is, anyway). Remember though, just because you can now legally ride in the car in NH without a seatbelt DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD!!! :)
